2024 PAF Flu Clinics
We recommend all children 6 months and older receive the vaccine. All Flu Clinics are on Saturdays from 8:30 am – noon. You must have an appointment to attend.
Due to the recent vaccine law enforcement from the State of Tennessee, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign for the flu shot vaccine. Advance consent forms are available upon request. You can inquire while booking your appointment.

Flu Shots can also be given during regular appointments.
